Why is the wrong item printing?

Doshii uses an integrated menu mapping system that links items from your connected app menus with items in your POS.

If the ordered item differs from what is printed on the docket, it is likely due to human error in how that item has been mapped within Doshii.

Using Doshii's menu management tools, you can check how an app menu item has been linked to your POS.
