Why didn’t my order automatically close?

Orders progress through three statuses:

  • Pending: The order is waiting to be accepted by the POS.
  • Accepted: The order has been accepted by the POS. An order will remain in Accepted status until a payment has been received. 
  • Complete: A payment transaction matches the order and it can be closed. Orders sent via Doshii typically auto-complete because they are pre-paid. 

Sometimes app orders sent to your POS may not auto-complete. If this occurs at your venue, please raise a support ticket and we can configure your app orders to auto-complete after a set duration (e.g. 10 minutes).
