This article applies to Uber Eats orders only.
To ensure you don't miss any orders, if there is an issue with order acceptance by your POS (e.g. your POS rejects an order because an item is out of stock), the order will be sent to your Uber Eats tablet as a fallback process.
When this occurs, you have 10 minutes to manually accept or reject the order before Uber Eats automatically cancels it.
If you choose to accept the order, you will need to manually enter it into your POS.
