To troubleshoot the issue of duplicate dockets printing for an order, first examine the set of dockets that have been printed for a single order, noting the ID of the terminal responsible for printing them.
If the terminal IDs are different on each docket, you may have online printing configured on more than one iPad terminal. For online printing to work correctly, it must only be configured on one terminal. This setting will apply across your POS.
Duplicate printing results from this setting being configured on multiple terminals.
If the terminal IDs are the same on each docket, check your configuration settings for printing. You may have configured your Square POS to print each order twice at some point in the past.
