Item and order-level notes

For any questions or support on printing issues, including configuring the layout of dockets printed by your POS, please contact your POS provider.

Your POS will receive item-level notes and order-level notes if these are sent with an order.

Item-level notes will print under the item they relate to, in the same way options for that item would print.

Order-level notes will print on your docket and may appear in different locations on your docket based on your POS:


POS How are order-level notes printed?
Impos Order-level notes are usually printed as the last item in the docket.
Lightspeed Order-level notes are usually printed in the top section of the docket.
Ordermate Order-level notes are usually printed in the top section of the docket.
Square

Order-level notes are usually printed as the last item in the docket.

For these order-level notes to print correctly, 'uncategorised items' must be enabled in your POS to print at the relevant printers.
