Customising docket layout and formatting

Using Doshii, orders received from your connected apps are sent straight to your venue's POS, where they can be printed automatically based on the configuration of your POS.

Because orders are printed using your POS, you may notice differences in how your dockets are formatted compared to when they were printed directly using the app and hardware provided by your ordering app partner.

Doshii sends order information to your POS, such as the order ID, customer name, and items ordered, but the configuration set in your POS determines how dockets are printed.
