How do I set an item as unavailable to sell online so that it syncs with Doshii? (Idealpos)

There are two ways that you can flag an item as unavailable to sell in your Idealpos POS:

  1. Setting your inventory level for that item to zero, or
  2. Marking the item as sold out.

Both methods will sync with Doshii and make the item unavailable. This will automatically flow through to your App menus without further action from you.

Some POS systems require specification of online menu items in the POS configuration. These items are sent through to sync with the Doshii menu.

If you are looking for a specific item that is not in the Doshii POS menu, check to see if the item is flagged as an online menu item in your POS. When the item is flagged for inclusion in the online menu, it will sync through to Doshii.
