H&L is currently working with Doshii on some fantastic new features, one of which is automatic menu updates. In the interim, you may need to manually update or refresh your menu to Doshii. This can be due to new menu items being added, updated item pricing, etc.
The following guide is based on the current knowledge of the Doshii team. Should you need further assistance, we recommend you contact H&L for additional help.
How to synchronise your menu from H&L to Doshii1. Navigate to Stock Options
2. Click the Options menu
3. Select Send Products to Doshii
The entire menu will be sent to Doshii.
The above process is always the first option, however if this is not possible, you can use the below secondary process that will send each product to Doshii individually.

2. Click the Options menu
3. Select Send Menu Updates to Doshii
Items that are sold within the locations that the Doshii terminal is linked to, will be sent to Doshii, one by one.
How are Modifiers handled by H&L?
If your modifiers are linked to your menu item, these will be sent to Doshii when you follow the above processes. However, if you have Global Modifiers, please be aware that you will need to request that H&L send these to Doshii - the above process will not update/send Global Modifiers.
