Setting up your first menu

Once you have connected an ordering app to Doshii...

Review and publish your Doshii integrated menu

Where Doshii has been appointed to build out your integrated menu, Doshii Customer Success will provide an opportunity to view the categories, items, options and images of your menu, before you go live with your App integration.

For Uber Eats and DoorDash, you will receive an email notifying you that your menu is ready for review, along with a go-live date (typically 1-3 business days later).

To preview your menu:

  1. Log in to Doshii.com

  2. Select the venue you want to view from the venue dropdown

  3. Click on the Menu tab

  4. Select the menu card of the App you are connecting

At this stage, you can review the menu that has been mapped to your POS items. If you require changes, please respond to the email that was sent to you. If we don't hear from you, we'll proceed to go live on the date we have advised you.

Before your integrated menu has been published for the very first time, it will display an ‘Unpublished menu’ tag. image-20230925-014816.png

When you open the Menu card, you will see the option to 'Publish' your changes and the 'Unpublished menu' tag below this. If you make any changes to the unpublished menu, you will see the option to save your menu.

When you click save, we will save your menu until you are ready to publish it for the first time.

This save functionality applies for UberEats, Doordash, Ritual, Menulog and Loke.

However, once you have published your menu for the very first time, the 'Unpublished' tag and Save option will no longer appear. Thereafter, changes you make to your menu are only saved for the duration of a session, so it's important to remember to publish your changes. If you go away and come back those changes will not be saved.
