Supported apps
Menu Manager - Option Availability currently works with the following apps:
- Uber Eats
- Doordash
- Menulog
If the app you are looking for is not supported, please let us know here - simply click "Submit Idea" at the top right of the screen and let us know what you would like to see.
How to change Options Availability:
First, to access Menu Manager, log in to your Doshii account and click the Menus tab at the top.
If you have multiple locations connected, make sure to select the correct location by clicking on the drop down of the venue list at the top
From here, scroll down you will be able to see "All Items" under your App Menu Tiles.
Underneath, you have Items and Options!
Here, you can locate all the Options (and the Items) used in all your apps menus.
You can use the search function to search for the name of the option used in your integrated menus
Note:
The names and the prices reflect the information shown in the Apps.
These names and prices may not be the ones you have set up in your POS.
In here, you can change the availability of your options by simply changing from Available to Unavailable and vice-versa.
In the above example, I've changed the Crispy Bacon to be unavailable:
The change in availability will be applied to all of your supported integrated menus in Doshii and sent to the relevant app instantly (there is no need to press Publish!)
If your venue is connected with Apps that don't support this feature, you will see the following pop-up appearing on your screen:
In this instance, we recommend you contact the relevant app team and/or follow their documentation on managing options availability.
Once the change has been made, if you navigate to your App menu and find the item containing that option, you can click to view the Option Groups and you will see the availability status reflecting what you set in the previous screen:
To revert it back and make it available you will need to go to Menus -> All Items screen and change its status again.
How does it show in Doshii Dashboard?
Doshii Dashboard will reflect the availability of the options as they are set in Menu Manager.
In the Dashboard Portal, this feature is view-only, and you can't control the option availability.
