How do I know what plan I’m on?

You can see which plan you’re subscribed to by logging in to Doshii, selecting the profile button in the top navigation bar, then ‘Settings’, then ‘Payments and billing’.

You can also find this information on the payment summary emailed to you at the start of each billing period.

If you’re still unsure about which plan you are on, please get in touch.

How much will I be charged?

The amount you are charged depends on the plan(s) and add-ons your venue is subscribed to.

What if I have multiple venues?

If you have multiple venues, you will receive a payment summary for each venue, with itemised charges for each. You will also be asked to provide a payment method for each venue, with each venue being billed separately. If you wish to combine the billing of multiple venues, please get in touch.

What if I have Virtual Brands or Ghost Kitchens?

Dark Kitchens, also known as Ghost Kitchens are restaurants that sell meals exclusively through delivery. Each Virtual Brand will be set up as an add-on to your existing subscription, viewable in your payment summary.

As a key benefit of the Doshii service, your first menu build is free.  For each Virtual Brand menu you request, Doshii will process a one time menu build fee based on the size of the menu.  If you only have one Virtual Brand and publish this menu across all three ordering apps, you will only be charged one menu build fee. 

What is the "On The House" offer?

Eligible CommBank merchants can now enjoy Doshii On The House^. We’ll waive^ the subscription fee on any Doshii plan when you process payments with a CommBank EFTPOS terminal. It’s our shout!

This offer is ongoing and available to existing and new merchants that sign up to Doshii before 31 Dec 2025.

Who is eligible for the "On The House" offer?

The offer is available to both new and existing Doshii Merchants in Australia who actively use a CommBank EFTPOS Terminal. To qualify, merchants must be:
  • A Doshii Merchant with an active connection to an eligible POS
  • A CommBank Business Bank Customer actively using a CommBank EFTPOS Terminal

I'm a new Doshii customer - how do I apply for the "On The House" offer?

Start by checking your POS compatibility and registering your interest here. Once you sign up to Doshii and request to connect an app, you’ll be able to select the Doshii On The House plan. During setup, we’ll ask for your CommBank Merchant ID, this helps us match your details with CommBank and confirm your eligibility.We’ll keep picking up the tab^ on your Doshii subscription fee for as long as you’re actively using your CommBank EFTPOS terminal and remain eligible.

I'm an existing Doshii customer - how do I apply for the "On The House" offer?

If you’re an existing Doshii customer, meet the eligibility requirements and you want to take up our On The House offer, reach out to your Doshii account manager to discuss, or email us at support@doshii.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards as well as direct debit.

When will I be billed?

Your supplied payment method will be billed at the start of each month and a payment summary sent to your email address.

Can I change the frequency of my billing?

At this stage we only offer monthly billing.

How do I update my billing details?

To update your payment or billing details, log in to your Doshii account, select the profile button in the top navigation bar, then ‘Settings’, then ‘Payments and billing’.

If you’re having trouble, please get in touch and we will send you a direct link to update your payment and billing details using a secure portal. Please do not send us your payment details via email.

How do I make a billing enquiry?

If you think you have been charged by mistake or there is an error on your payment summary, please contact us to discuss.

If you are experiencing hardship, please contact us via the above methods to discuss your situation.

Why is there a pro-rata charge on my payment summary?

Our billing cycle is by calendar month. When you initially subscribe to Doshii, you will only be charged for the portion of the month that you have an active subscription with Doshii.

If you change plans during a month, you’ll be charged based on the portion of the month you are on each of your old and new plans.

How do I cancel my Doshii subscription?

If Doshii isn't your flavour, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Log in to your Doshii account, select the correct venue in the top navigation bar, then find the App you wish to disconnect, click the three dots next to the App Name and select ‘Disconnect App’. Alternatively, contact us to discuss.
